Return, exchange and warranty

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another product. Please review the policy below for more details.
Our store allows the return or exchange of products according to the three cases:
First: Recovery
1 - You can return the product within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
2- The customer bears the shipping fees for the product, both ways.
3 - The amount will be returned to the customer after the product arrives to us and its condition is verified, then the amount will be transferred to your account after deducting the shipping fees.
Second: Replacement
1 - You can exchange the product within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
2- The customer bears the shipping costs for the product, back and forth.
3 - When replacing a product with another product, the difference between the previous product and the new product will be transferred, in addition to the shipping fees.
Third: Replacing/returning a product with a manufacturing defect
1 - The Arabian Peninsula Trust Store bears the shipping fees in the event of a problem or if one of the products has a manufacturing defect. You can return the product, provided that it is with all its accessories.
2 - The returned product will be inspected and the period for inspecting the product and returning it to the customer will take 14 days from the date we receive the product.
Fourth: Warranty
· You must refer to the warranty period specified for each product.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or problem with the product, it will be repaired, and if repair is not possible, it will be replaced or its full value will be refunded.
· The order number is required to obtain the warranty benefits.
The warranty on software and its programming ends upon delivery to the customer.
